Established in 2010 Vixen Business Solutions is dedicated to supporting businesses of all sizes with their bookkeeping needs.
We use the latest online accounting software packages including MYOB, Quickbooks and Xero, to help create easy to manage bookkeeping and accounts systems and processes. We can also help you feel more in control of your business with Cash Flow Reports, Budgets, Bank Reconciliations and regular financial reporting.
Our team of professionals assist clients across a diverse range of industries. We can provide you with regular bookkeeping remotely or face to face, BAS preparation and lodgement, payroll and debtor management. With constantly changing laws and regulations, we work with your business to ensure you are compliant.
Our senior consultants can help implement systems to streamline the accounts process. We also offer training for business owners who need help understanding their accounts.

Drawing on over 15 years experience in the finance and accounting industry, I am passionate about working with businesses to develop processes and systems to increase efficiency and give decision makers access to key financial indicators.
I established Vixen Business Solutions in 2010 as a service dedicated to partnering with businesses, to provide bookkeeping and financial management assistance, through to consulting arrangements.
Our core philosophy is to focus on each client’s specific needs to deliver a consistent, high quality service. The long-term partnerships developed to date are testament to our ability to provide effective day-to-day management solutions, whilst also helping our clients grow.
I have developed a team who are motivated and committed to helping your business implement and maintain appropriate systems to manage your accounts and remain compliant with regulations and laws.
I have a specialised interest in clients from the IT, construction, retail, fashion, and trades industries, having helped many businesses in these fields already.

Herminia Ferrera has been with Vixen Business Solutions as an Accountant since June 2010, and is a highly experienced and valued member of the team.
Possessing a wealth of industry knowledge in the Australian corporate financial services and banking sectors, she is able to offer dynamic, best-practice solutions to our clients. With both a Bachelor Degree and Associate Diploma in Accounting; along with a Diploma in Financial Markets, Herminia continues to attend industry development courses to keep up to date with latest practices and innovative thinking.
Herminia brings many years of corporate level accounting and analyst experience to the group. She is highly skilled in devising and implementing new procedures, quality assurance, database management and project planning, as well as possessing experience across risk, data analysis, resource, financial and change management. She has managed many system migration projects including; feasibility analysis, budget analysis, project management and cost tracking.
Known for managing client relationships with exceptionally high quality service and loyalty, she assists clients across managing payroll systems, conducting bank reconciliations, setting up customized management reports based on individual client needs, running monthly financial reports and processing statutory obligations, such as payroll tax, BAS and IAS.
Herminia has also developed a number of financial management systems to improve overall efficiency for clients, resulting in significant time and financial savings for each organisation.
Her breadth of industry and systems knowledge, coupled with her exemplary troubleshooting and problem-solving skills mean no challenge is too great and Herminia is consistently able to deliver the best outcome for clients.
Svetlana joined Vixen in 2015 and has been a valuable member of the team since. Her background specialising in payroll for business of all sizes makes her an asset to the team. From bank reconciliations to chasing timesheets, Svet makes quick work of getting client accounts in order. Having honed her skills at Coles and Fuji Xerox, she now translates her learnings from big business payroll systems to establish effective and efficient systems for small business.
A born troubleshooter, her efficiency and ability to adapt to any situation has earned her the management of one of Vixen’s longest client accounts – a family run business that have taken her in as one of their own.
While not working for Vixen, Svetlana spends time as a teacher’s assistant, volunteering at the local public school, assisting kids with reading difficulties.
